The February Point community is an 80 acre private and gated community with many amenities, only 1 mile West of George Town: Rusty Anchor Restaurant, two secluded beaches, two infinity pools, The Seaview Spa, workout facilities, tennis courts, private marina and fiber optic internet.

The protected bay in front of the villa offers calmer waters for kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, floating and more! With a naked eye, you can see Stocking Island where Chat’n Chill, Snappy Turtle & St. Francis, Starfish Beach and the Monument.

Sea Star Villa is located 3 villas to the left of the first private beach on the right hand side of the picture above. The Beach Club, located on the left and upper hand side of the picture above, includes a large infinity pool, another private beach, the Rusty Anchor Restaurant and The Seaview Spa, just a 2 minute walk from the villa.
